01. SWIFTLET FARMS
Most of our swiftlet farms are located far from cities and towns in agricultural land where environmental factors are taken into account.
02. INSPECTION
Our bird nest farmers will carefully check whether there are any eggs/baby birds in the nest. This is to ensure the bird nests left empty are only harvested.
03. HARVESTING
All these feathered nests will then be sent to our cleaning factory, every single piece of bird nest will be handled with care.
04. CLEANING
During cleaning process, we do not use any bleaching agent, use only water and skilled labour to remove the feathers.
05. SHAPING
The bird’s nest will be sent to the shaping room for shaping and grinding by categorized them into different patterns and sizes of bird’s nest.
06. AIR DRYING
The work after shaping and grinding is air drying. A certain degree of humidity of the bird nests must be preserved.
07. STERILIZATION
Bird nests will undergo sterilization process after air-drying to ensure that the bird’s nest is completely free from contamination.
08. SORTING
Different bird’s nest types such as dry pick, original dense, thin, bird’s nest and bird’s nest into different packages.
09. PACKAGING
After days of sorting, the bird nests are now ready to present to our valued customers.
10. PLEASURE OF NATURE
Royalc’s bird nests are completely free from pollution, bleaching, and no additives. Customers can only enjoy the pleasure of nature.
