
BIRDNEST JELLY
ingredients
– 15g-20g dried bird’s nest
– 1 pcs ripe papaya
(according to individual portion)
– 20g rock sugar
METHOD
– soak the bird’s nest until soften and left aside
– wash the papaya ,cut into half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the papaya flesh with a spoon
– put the bird’s nest and papaya into the stewing pot
– melting the rock sugar and pour into the stewing pot, stir well
– covering well the stewing pot and using double cook method to cook for one and half hour
– after done stewing, it’s ready to serve
