
BIRDNEST JELLY
ingredients
– 5g Dried Bird’s Nest
– 250g Jelly Powder
– 30pcs Dried Chrysanthemum
– 2 Spoon Wolfberry
– 1 Disposable Tea Bag
– 1250ml Water
– Jelly Mold
METHOD
- Soak the bird’s nest until soften. Using double cook method to cook for 30-40 minutes and put aside
- Wash the dried chrysanthemum
- Wash the wolfberry and put into the disposable tea bag
- Boil the 1250ml water, add dried chrysanthemum and wolfberry. Turn off after 5 minutes and left aside for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes, take out the chrysanthemum petals and wolfberry bag. Keep the chrysanthemum.
- Water for later use. Take out the wolfberry from the bag and set aside
- Boil again the chrysanthemum water , slowly pour the jelly powder into the water, keep stirring about 5 minutes and turn off
- Set the wolfberries evenly in the mold, slowly pour the jelly mixture and let it cool about 3 minutes.
- After that, adding the bird’s nest and let in cool again for 5-10 minutes
Lastly, put into the refrigerator to cool
